I observed a disturbing event one morning when I was walking my dog Rigby off leash. He commenced galavanting with a group of dogs, a couple of retrievers and a collie. Rigby is a water lover, and I mean fanatical, as were the rest of them, the only problem was, their owner didn’t want them to go for a dip….
